Loc-Doc Security Return Policy

In many cases, items purchased from Loc-Doc Security can be returned within (30) days of receipt. Items must be returned in saleable condition. Restocking fees may apply, and Loc-Doc Security reserves the right to refuse a return request for a product that is not faulty or defective. Any products that are faulty or defective will be accepted based on the terms of the respective Manufacturer’s warranty policies. 

All refunds, credits, and exchanged parts will be contingent upon the following: 

1. Receipt of product by Loc-Doc Security

2. The determination that said product is in saleable condition, OR under warranty based on the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
   

If you grab the last pack of pins to refill a kit OR if you notice it is getting low, please do the following:

1. Scan the QR Code below

2. Type in the Quantity and Part # of the Pin

3. “Save”

If you grab the last of an Office Supply OR if you notice it is getting low, please do the following:
