Corrigo

Corrigo is an app used by our customer Jones Lang Lasalle - Duke Energy, and it is the primary location where we communicate with the customer on the work order. Everything we would do on the work order, such as check-in and check-out, submitting quotes, scheduling appointments, are updated within the app. This allows JLL - Duke Energy to ensure consistency and accuracy in quoting and completing work with the many contractors and vendors that they do business with.

Quote Assessment

A Quote Assessment is a trip charge that is done by a tech in order to assess work to be quoted. For example, a technician may go onsite to confirm a type of closer that is needed before we quote replacement of the closer. This is generally done as a site visit that is not charged to the customer.
