Monday, August 16th Conference Call
CHAD
-when we talk about consistent communication, it's important to remember that consistent doesn't just mean constant, and that there is more to communication than talking to each other and talking to our customers
-consistent means being done the same way over time
-the goal is for the information to be regularly available, transparent, and accurate
-make sure any information you have relevant to your job is going into TrackVia
THOMAS
-don't forget the importance of staying engaged even when we're gathering remotely
NATHAN
-thanks for helping when he wasn't here Friday
-Levi is off today, and Nathan will be helping Isaiah out on the phones
-Lincoln-Harris jobs: there have been slip-ups and some of the engineers have expressed that they're dissatisfied with our work
-please be extra careful if you're doing work for them
-if we make one mistake, they'll start talking to each other about it
Numbers:
-we're averaging 2 warranties per day
-over 200K coming through the funnel - between that and what we've already started we should be able to hit our goal
-fuel gauge: we should be at 120Kish for today
-focus on safety on the roads, jobsites, etc - wear masks, wipe down doors, etc
MIKE
-lots of moving parts this week, door projects
-big ones this week in Hendersonville and Columbia
-make sure to ask questions as you're prepping/loading your van, so by the time you get to a jobsite you'll be clear on what you need and what's expected of you
-remember: it's easier to get your answers at the shop than in front of customers
ANDREW
-still working on Accesso
-camera installations this week
