the average response to the customer satisfaction survey has been 10/10 - great job!
Book Club will meet this Thursday to discuss The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Service (Also Chad):
Nathan is off Monday 2/8
we are currently at 1,274 openings serviced so far in 2021
that means 52 openings per workday
we're averaging 5 openings per person per day
in order to hit our Wildly Important Goal, we need to get that daily average up to 70
Training (Thomas):
thank you for all your work on the 5S projects! We are now in the Sustain phase, so keep it up!
this Wednesday during our meeting, we will be joined by Eileen Stephens from culture index, who will give a presentation on your survey results
Access (Andrew):
the Climate Systems project is underway
Andrew will be around if anyone needs him
Projects (Mike):
Mike will be around the office most of the day since Nathan is out
techs: make sure you're communicating with Levi and Isaiah in Customer Success and that they understand where you are
Anderson (Josh):
as far as in-office work they're caught up on bikes and continuing to clean up parts
Michael C has some service calls to take care of today
they took advantage of a lull last week to catch up on some incomplete work
Purchasing (Sam):
waiting for one door to be scheduled

Sales (Zach):
the Sales team has been working very hard to get more jobs/openings
