Warranty Review
Establish consistent communication and defined expectations with warranty
the Warranty Check Box means a Return Visit is necessary, not whether or not site visit is warranty, but clicking this box does not automatically make site visit warranty:
Task is created that says warranty assessment
Technician will determine if there is a warranty at all, and if it's a labor warranty or parts warranty
Technician will put into the "why" section on the task
If there is additional work to be performed, they can contact project management/dispatch and then add additional work as if it was a regular site visit.
Problem: the warranty button was difficult to see, and gave tunnel vision
Solution: warranty is changing to Return Visit, and warranty status can be updated on task level
