Monday, March 8th Conference Call
Management (Chad):
we've got sunny weather in store this week
this week is also looking busy, so focus on execution: do everything with 100% excellence
we have a new employee who will be located in Anderson at the front desk, Lynn Smith
Training (Thomas):
you'll see Lynn in the Charlotte office this week and the first two days of next week, so introduce yourself
for Wednesday's meeting: what are the things we do to drive business to us? What makes people decide to call us?
Service (Nathan):
business is about to pick up for the season, so stay on your toes
W.I.G. Update:
currently sitting just under 2300 openings
the best thing to do is to ask on jobsites whether there are any other doors we can look at
Fuel Gauge:
currently at $44k this month, which is below where we want to be
18 days left in the month, so we'll need to average $12-13K per day
make sure we're providing excellence
Projects (Mike):
door repair/replacing doors and hinges at Selwynn Ave
Jordan and Scotty will be working on a rekey at 401 McDowell on a bunch of exterior and interior doors
LOCKS Review - Latch, Open, Close, Key, Structure
we've been getting a lot of calls that imply not everyone is doing LOCKS
if you're driving a Loc-Doc van, that's doing your job
any questions call Mike
Access (Andrew):
two people are going to Chapel Hill to look at a possible panel replacement
otherwise they're taking care of service work around Charlotte
Andrew is around if you need him
Anderson (Josh):
on the access side:
service work
an access control project Mike working on
in the shop:
working on some bikes
looking forward to about a potential door survey for Anderson County buildings, which would be about 40 buildings
also excited to welcome their new team member
locksmith work was slow last week, but a couple quotes got approved and they're waiting on parts
Purchasing (Sam):
they got some projects in last week and are working on getting them out
give them a call - getting those openings done this year means getting jobs done on the first trip out
