Monday, October 26th Conference Call

CHAD

Remember the four factors for finishing:

  1. create fans, not customers

  2. focus on each task, each interaction, each opportunity

  3. a team that is having fun at work will be less likely to be distracted or disheartened

  4. don't forget the fundamentals: offer customers products that can be a value-add for their situation, even if they don't know to ask for it

Sergey and Zach created fans from customers, and it got them invited to an event Friday with a property management group.

  • Fun note: we are only five cameras away from five hundred eagle eye camera systems!

THOMAS

  • we have nutritionist coming in this week to talk about a feature of our health insurance that allows us to consult with her

  • huge shoutout to Jordan for creating a fan: he was the third locksmith a lady had called, and she said she wanted to go with him because he was the easiest to talk to and the most honest on the phone (even though he wasn't the cheapest)

NATHAN

  • we've entered the 4th quarter of the month

  • the Fuel Gauge is at $140K with $80K in the funnel

  • make every effort to try to get site visits completed and closed out for the month

  • if it cant be closed, take the extra 5 minutes to verify that you're setting the next person up for success

  • wash hands and wipe down doors

MIKE

  • is back

  • lots of projects coming in over the next couple weeks

  • three vans need inventory finished

ANDREW

  • sitting on a lot of big approvals that are coming through soon

  • Eric and Andrew will be visiting Mecklenburg County offices that are going to have electrified opening devices installed and similar

SAM

  • there are parts waiting to go out to their vans

  • make sure you're selecting your inventory when getting restocks for your van
