Password Strength
Maintaining a strong password is pivotal to the security of our online portals. A strong password is longer than 12 characters, includes numbers, letters, and symbols. To create a VERY STRONG password, consider picking four words at random. Here are a few examples of strong passwords: "Sholtz$1879beaver", "Ce28&$c6$ab827c", "Hairbo Jolly London Swill".
Single Sign On
When possible, try to use single sign on (SSO) with your Loc-Doc gmail account. This way, you only have to remember one strong password. Single Sign On is especially powerful because Google maintains the password security, while the site that you log onto only knows your email.
Resetting Passwords
G-mail passwords and Trackvia passwords can be reset by reaching out to yours truly. Feel free to call or email with a password reset request. I will send you a strong temporary password. Upon logging in with the temporary password, you will be asked to reset your password.
What to do if you believe any of your accounts may have been compromised
Please contact me immediately if you feel that your password has been compromised. This can happen via phishing attempts, scammers, and logging into low security portals with your secure password.
