Web Services involved include: Zapier, TrackVia, ShopKeep, Stripe, AWS Lambda, QBO, and Loc-Doc's Proprietary Django Utility Server (specifically - the secure payment link portal). Failure of the pipeline is almost always related to the TrackVia Application script timeouts, most commonly with payments being received through QBO that link to multiple different tickets. Zapier, acting as the connecting bridge between the different services, can typically be used to replay the failed tasks after TrackVia application scripts have been updated.
