OMS Pro - Project Management Task
Hello Team! I have a new update to tell you all about.
When ever a project manager is added to a Site Visit, a "Project Management" task will automatically be added to the Site Visit as well. This "special" task can only be completed by a project manager.
Our hope is that this will encourage technicians to complete all of their tasks, without fear of "Completing" the project before it is ready to be sent to accounting. This will also give some intentionality to the action of a project manager "Putting the Final OKAY" on a big job.
Here is a screenshot of the desktop view of the application. When a project manager is selected, the task is added automatically.
If the task is completed by someone other than a project manager, an error will display that reads: "This task must be completed by a project manager".
