As of 12/14/20, collect customers can submit credit card payments for Site Visits using a secure link that a tech can send to them via text message or email.

In order to trigger the text or email, just enter a phone number or email address into the new "Send Payment Link" field under "Payment Type" on the correct Site Visit.

The client will then receive an email or text message like the ones shown below:

Once the client has clicked the green "Pay" button or the text message link, they will be directed to a checkout screen where they can enter their payment details and check out.
