To navigate to the Daily KPI’s Dashboard, Select from the top Menu or from the quick select bar

There are several charts and graphs that will give us a snapshot of our business

Site Visits and Counter Tickets

The Line Charts show Daily Progress over the last 45 days - the chart works Left to right, with the right side of the chart being the most current day.

The bar graph to the right show the combined weekly numbers represented on the daily line chart.

We have this broken down into sub categories for Charlotte and Anderson

The 4 charts on the top of the page are showing Site Visits and Counter TIckets.

We look at this information daily to understand the current customer demands and how we are responding.

Future Opportunities

Next, we are tracking our future outlook. We understand on average it takes 30 days for us to execute a quote request from our customer, provide them pricing, get approval and ultimately install the approved project. Therefore we chart out quote request by day to project future months income as well as track approvals by the month to project the next month's income.

Productivity & Efficiency

Our Next few charts focus on productivity and efficiency.

We are tracking our GPS Movements for our installation team to see where our time is being utilized and how we can be more efficient.

We show a pie chart of Time Stopped off site, Time Onsite, Time at the office and Time Traveling.

We take that information and compare it to the time onsite calculator to compare our billed hours (meaning the total labor divided by our operating hourly rate) and the time onsite to see if we are accurately billing our customers and allowing for enough time to complete our work. We look at this for the past 24 hours and the last 45 days by week.

Performance over Time

Next we track our Year by Year to Date income on Margin and Revenue to see how we are trening for years past.
