Technical Index - OMS - Pro CRM
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. The CRM module in OMS - Pro consists of multiple tables. Most roles in OMS - Pro will have some interaction with the CRM module. The OMS - Pro CRM handles Customer Data (customer meaning a billable entity), Location Data (location meaning a physical address), Contact Data (contact referring to an email or a phone number paired with a name), tax rates, Complex, and Billing Records.
