OMS Pro: Linking a Bitting Record to a Site Visit
What you need:
the Site Visit number
the Facility Address that corresponds to the Site Visit Location/Facility
the System ID to which the bitting record belongs
the bitting record's Blind Code
Directions:
Copy the Facility Address of the Location/Facility that corresponds to the Site Visit in question.
In the "Generated System" table, filter the records you are seeing by the System ID of the needed bitting record.
Within your filtered results, locate the specific bitting record by finding its unique blind code in the Record ID column.
Paste the Facility Address into the "Link to Location" column, and select the correct Location Record from the dropdown when it populates.
