1) Type subscriptions into your search bar in TrackVia.
Select the Dashboards Subscriptions
2) Select the magnifying glass to search community name, organization name, or address
Select the facility under Record ID
3) How to read subscriptions
What subscriptions exist for this customer? Review section “Subscription services”. This will list readers and cameras.
Scroll to the right of “Subscription Services” to see the individual cost of items
When is the next date of service and how much? Select Invoice date, Total, and Info.
