Google Voice - Importing Ring Groups Contacts
Ring Groups have their own specified phone numbers, which are not in the user directory (because they are a group of users). Therefore the numbers need to be added to your contacts so that you can transfer to and/or call them. There are two ways to add these to your contacts, first by phone in your iOS contacts, and secondly by computer in your Google contacts. I have added two videos respectively outlining the process. The first step is downloading the contact file by accessing it here in our company Drive. Then follow the video process.
