Offline Door Surveys
Preparing for an offline door survey.
Perform a Sync - How do I sync before going offline?
Before you begin, make sure you are somewhere with good wifi signal, or strong cellular signal
On your home dashboard, swipe from the right side of your screen.
Click Sync, and then press Sync Now.
Sync may take several minutes.
Go "Offline"
In order to use offline mode effectively, you have to disable your wifi and data signal, and enter airplane mode.
Create new openings while offline from the "Offline Dash" dashboard.
It's good practice to take frequent breaks and upload the openings.
Turn your wifi and data back on. Strong signal areas are recommended for large uploads (like tons of openings with bunches of pictures).
Go back to the "Sync" option from your home dash by swiping from the right side.
You should see the offline records in a list. Pressing sync will upload them and make them "Online Records".
It is recommended to check these added offline openings.
