Vehicles
Each employee is responsible for notifying management of any necessary maintenance or repairs and scheduling work to be completed through the maintenance coordinator.
This includes but is not limited to: oil changes, inspections and tire rotation.
Each employee must keep their vehicle clean and orderly. (Your vehicle is a representation of our company to the customer)
All vans are subject to periodic inspection for cleanliness and inventory.
Each employee must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Any violation or conduct resulting in a fine (i.e. parking, safe light, speeding, etc.) will be deducted from the employee’s paycheck.
Employees are required by law and Loc-Doc, Inc. to wear their seat belt at all times.
Due to insurance regulations, your vehicle can only be used to drive to and from the job site. Absolutely no personal use is permitted.
Due to insurance regulations, only employees of Loc-Doc, Inc. are allowed to ride in company vehicles.
The employee is responsible for all equipment, tools and inventory contained within their vehicle and will be charged for anything lost, stolen or broken and considered to be the fault of the employee.
Company vehicles are not to be left unattended while unlocked or with the engine running. This is not covered under our insurance policy and any damages will be charged back to the employee.
