How do I find Door Glass Size?
How do you know what size glass to order for a door?
There are 3 important measurements involved
Door Cutout: The physical Space cut out of the door
Light Kit/Glass Stops: These are the piece(s) installed that hold the glass in place.
Glass Size: This is the actual size of the glass. The edge of the glass should be centered between the door cut out and the inside of the Light Kit/Glass Stop.
The requirements for these vary depending on door type (storefront, hollow metal) and manufacturer, so it is important to know these 3 measurements.
