Gossip Guidelines
Gossip Definition:
Talking to someone about someone or something that they can’t solve.
We value people and progress. Gossip is an idle distraction that breeds frustration and lack of progress. Gossip doesn't solve issues, it only causes systematic aggravation, awkwardness and unnecessary hurt.
What to do:
If you find yourself in the middle of a gossip session, STOP.
Take the problem to the person where the issue lies.
If they are not open to a civil, adult conversation. Find someone from the leadership team that can help moderate.
If you don't feel you get results or answers from the leadership team, immediately contact Zach Phifer
If you find yourself frustrated with something and you don't know what to do.
Face to Face conversation with your closest supervisor
If you don't feel you get results or answers from the leadership team, immediately contact Chad Lingafelt - 980.521.6122

Continual disregard of this guideline can result in dismissal.
