Intentional Execution! - Customer Success (Levi and Isaiah) have been hard at work recently implementing some new work flow. They recognized they could improve the consistency of communication from the customers to our techs. They have been developing a daily checklist to prevent errors and work towards faster response for our customers.

Shout out to Sergey - he is really focused on refined quality and passionate about making sure we are choosing to make the right choices on our job sites. It’s exciting to hear him share his pride in not only solving customers' problems, but ensuring they don’t have to call us back for the same thing twice!

Masterkey Generator! Did you know our App Development team has been working hard on a masterkey system generator? It’s in the final stages before it’s shared with our industry! Lucas has been working hard on developing the system and Erin has made an incredible impact on the design and functionality!
