Billed Hours - it was the focus of our Wednesday meeting and how we are trying to display this information on your dashboard so each person knows where we are. This is a great lead measurement to make sure we are staying on track and finding ways to be efficient in our work and work together to do our jobs right the first time so the next team member that touches it doesn’t have to do it again!
Why would I choose your company to work with? This was a question I was asked this week and it kinda caught me off guard. We discussed what makes us unique a few weeks ago. But, I’m interested. If you were asked that question. What would your answer be?
