We need to REFOCUS our efforts on PROBLEM SOLVING. The BEST way to SOLVE Problems is to LISTEN to the customer's issues!

Nan and Joe in Anderson have developed customer confidence. They have customers that will wait extra time just to make sure their preferred person will handle their work. Are you focusing on solving customers problems to the point customers will wait for you to solve their problem or are you making it easy for them to ask someone else to solve it.
