"Become the ONLY!"

I was challenged by Jesse Cole today while recording an upcoming podcast episode. He said, how can you become the ONLY in your industry? Not just the best of breed, but the ONLY one that does it THAT way!

We've got some exciting things coming up that I wanted you to be aware of, AND, some great things happened this week.

1. Book Club! Levi Gray and I will be working on creating a monthly book club for our company. This will be a monthly event with 1 book per month to focus on and we'll meet as a group to discuss. This is TOTALLY OPTIONAL and a GREAT way to grow yourself and grow with our organization. If you are interested, please drop a comment below!

2. Product Lead Time! Sam Gray mentioned that he wanted to make lead time for parts more transparent. Lucas was able to put a search box on your dashboards to quickly search and see what the average number of days it takes to get a product and where it typically comes from. (See the image below). Go use it and let them know how it works!
