Ellis Bicycle Shop - Anderson, SC: 2nd Location is official! Lucas has been super helpful this week getting information converted and imported into OMS and working with other departments to help transition customers and information from Ellis to Loc-Doc Security. The overall team effort in implementing our Acquisition Strategy has been amazing!
Monday, August 3 is official start date for Anderson Branch: We will be implementing a new POS (Point of Sale) system to help with retail customers (video to come). I ask for patience from everyone during the coming weeks as we are integrating New People, New Customers and New Processes!
FUEL GAUGE: Our Mission is to "Help people protect their people and their property". Everything we do should point back to that. We track our margin goals to make sure we have "Fuel" to power our machine, but our Margin Goal should never be the Mission!
