November 20 - COVID Update
I wanted to share some developing updates with our business and COVID-19
We had our first COVID Positive case on October 28, 2020
Our second Positive COVID Positive case appeared on November 19, 2020
These 2 cases were not connected from our understanding.
Our 2nd case was a member of our office support staff.
In alignment with our 3 main goals:
Unexpected Cleanliness: Keep our Team Safe & Healthy
Intentional Execution: Protect and Maintain Income for ALL Team Members
Defined Expectations & Consistent Communication: Adapt. Understand this is not business as usual. Things will be constantly changing and we have to adapt quickly.
I've asked our office support staff that can work remotely without disruption to their daily responsibilities to do so from today through the Thanksgiving holiday and return to the office on Monday, November 30, 2020.
This should give us 10 days to create space, wait on additional test results and self quarantine to protect our team as much as possible.
With that change, I'm challenging EVERYONE to INCREASE communication. Use FACETIME, Google Hangouts, RingCentral Meetings don't use this as an excuse to reduce communication, but an opportunity to IMPROVE communication.
FOR PARTS! Sam is connected to a video meeting on a screen inside the warehouse. He is available and ready to support you as needed.
