What to do if I'm in an accident involving a Loc Doc company vehicle?
Make sure everyone is okay and call 911 and ask them to send someone out for a vehicle accident report. Click this link provided below to walk you through how to fill out step 3 while you wait on police and report to take place.
Fill out this report or selected vehicle accident report on technician dash in TV app. Make sure to select the check box vehicle damage to prompt questions and please make sure to complete all fields. These will be necessary for filing the claim.
