- Ensure you are using the m.heartlandcheckview.com website and type it in manually, not following a link.
- If you are using google chrome, click the "lock" at the top left of the page next to the URL and clear the cookies.
- If you are setting up an account for the first time or if you haven't logged in within the last 30 days follow the "forgot password" link to set up your account.
