September Team competition

This month's health challenge is a team competition focused on daily repetition exercises.

This is a month-long challenge.

7 DAYS A WEEK, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS COUNT!


How To Play (High A notes)


  1. Do the daily reps challenge

    • Pro Tip: Exceed the daily target reps for maximum points

  2. Log your data on the OMS App. (Track Via search Bonus calculator )

  3. Hold your teammates accountable

  4. The team with the most reps receives an additional bonus point

  5. Each week on Wednesday you will receive new teammates

  6. The Winners will be the top 3 individuals with the most accumulated points for the month-long challenge


How To Play (High C Notes)


Challenge Rules

Week 1’s challenge is to complete 30 repetition exercises each day.

Week 2’s challenge is to complete 45 repetition exercises each day.

Week 3’s challenge is to complete 60 repetition exercises each day.

Week 4’s challenge is to complete 90 repetition exercises each day.

Exercise Rules

You can pick daily from these exercises.

Jumping jacks.

Pull-ups

Squats

Push-ups

Sit-ups














You can split the daily exercise reps up or do all in one exercise.

Example.

10 x Sit-ups, 10x push-ups, 10x Squats or 30 x Squats


Teams Rules

Each week you will be placed on a team of 2 to 4 people.

This is a Team focused competition.

Points are calculated off the average reps per teammate. Therefore, a teammate can help another teammate reach their daily repetition goal so the overall team can win the week.


An example where the rep target is 30.

Player 1 does 30 reps + and additional 30 reps for a total of 60 reps for the day.

Payer 2 does 20 reps.

Player 3 does 10 reps.

The average reps per teammate for this team is 30.


How the Teams are selected



Week 1 will be generated by the order you sign up for the challenge. LINK goes live at 2pm

Week 2 - 4 will be generated in stair-step order to even the teams out.

Points Rules

1 point per exercise repetition.

Week 1: 30 max points daily

Week 2: 45 max points daily

Week 3: 60 max points daily

Week 4: 90 max points daily

Bonus point multiplier for reaching the daily target


Plus an additional point for having the most reps that day.


The maximum points per player for the first week is 335.7


Each player's points per day will be added to the team’s weekly total.

Then the team’s weekly total will be divided evenly to each teammate.

The top 3 prizes will be announced before the competition begins
