Monday, July 20th Conference Call

CHAD:

  • try to consistently fill out weekly reports

  • although Team Member Assessments have mostly been positive, it's still important to be willing to accept constructive criticism when it is offered to you

  • Aaron Beaver and McDouglas Perez are off this week (7/20-7/24)

  • Chad Challenge: "Are we choosing to do our job correctly? Are we choosing to follow the process correctly? Are we choosing to be engaged and pay attention? Are we choosing to make improvements? That's the only thing that you can do - choose to make a difference and do what's right."

THOMAS:

  • work on staying engaged during virtual meetings

  • Ask yourself: are you changing the way you communicate as our customers change the way they communicate?

NATHAN:

  • Communication: call the customer before/after the job, and make sure to follow through

  • comm notes are your teammates asking for help, so don't ignore them; if you're in the middle of something, set a reminder to follow up

  • Current Revenue:

    • $140K in margin (on track, but we need to continue to knock out service work and projects)

    • $50K+ in progress right now

    • $235K+ coming through afterward

  • wipe down doors/gates before beginning work

  • when in doubt wear masks - assume a handful of strangers have touched that door before you arrive

  • make sure you're taking care of yourself, keeping your team safe and your family safe

  • be safe on the roads also: this is one of our top priorities

MIKE:

  • Gaston Co Schools project is ongoing

  • York County Schools project is also progressing

  • a couple of rekeys have been lined up

  • make sure to keep focused on our goals

  • stay hydrated in the upcoming heat - water is better than Gatorade

ANDREW:

  • 5000 credentials came in for the Accesso project

  • working to get that system online by the end of the month
