A Note About Gossip in the Organization
Gossip means talking to someone about someone or something that they can't help fix
Bear in mind: those issues don't need to be ignored, they just need to be taken to the person who can solve them.
Organizational Update
Note: hiring and firing decisions are made solely based off of Loc-Doc's core values
After some issues with punctuality, refined quality, and communication, the decision was made to let Owen Antley go from the company.
Ongoing Struggle Points
bitting search - in the future we should be able to use the custom app being built by App Dev
on-call phone management process (who's supposed to be on-call on the weekends)
There are two kinds of issues: issues that can be addressed by quick decisions vs. bigger issues that require discussion. Luckily, at Loc-Doc we do have all of the support we need to implement fixes for both of these struggle points.
