Monday, August 2nd Conference Call

Management (Chad):


  • working on Defining What Winning Looks Like, especially where it intersects with Defined Expectations

  • helpful and friendly communication applies to communicating within your team as well as to customers

  • quick response should also be applied within teams and doesn't just mean communication

  • if we get these things right, we'll continue to get glowing reviews from customers



Training (Chad):

  • Thomas will be back tomorrow

  • this Wednesday we're going to recap July and see what worked, what didn't, and what we can take away and apply to August


Service (Nathan):

Wildly Important Goal:

  • just over 7300 openings out of 18K

Fuel Gauge:

  • goal was met in July with a wide margin (great work to everyone who made the Dorchester project succeed)

  • current have over $360K in margin in progress, at the office, etc

Billed Hours:

  • 50hr/day goal was met last month and exceeded

Reminders:

  • make sure to do the little things right and set others up for success


Projects (Mike):

  • Jordan and Scotty did an incredible job finishing out the Dorchester project

  • another big project is coming up in uptown Charlotte

  • call Mike if you need anything


Access (Andrew):

  • Belle Vista will be in the works for at least the rest of this week (still working on the internet infrastructure)

  • Christopher is out sick, so call Andrew if you would have needed him

Anderson (Josh):

  • only a couple bikes in the shop

  • Nan is going to organize the bike accessory wall

  • waiting on parts for locksmith/access


Purchasing (Sam):

  • lots of parts for big projects are coming in: when you come in to pick things up, use the computer (type in your Site Visit) instead of your phone

  • Anderson was able to start doing inventory last week

  • if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
