Monday, August 2nd Conference Call
Management (Chad):
working on Defining What Winning Looks Like, especially where it intersects with Defined Expectations
helpful and friendly communication applies to communicating within your team as well as to customers
quick response should also be applied within teams and doesn't just mean communication
if we get these things right, we'll continue to get glowing reviews from customers
Training (Chad):
Thomas will be back tomorrow
this Wednesday we're going to recap July and see what worked, what didn't, and what we can take away and apply to August
Service (Nathan):
Wildly Important Goal:
just over 7300 openings out of 18K
Fuel Gauge:
goal was met in July with a wide margin (great work to everyone who made the Dorchester project succeed)
current have over $360K in margin in progress, at the office, etc
Billed Hours:
50hr/day goal was met last month and exceeded
Reminders:
make sure to do the little things right and set others up for success
Projects (Mike):
Jordan and Scotty did an incredible job finishing out the Dorchester project
another big project is coming up in uptown Charlotte
call Mike if you need anything
Access (Andrew):
Belle Vista will be in the works for at least the rest of this week (still working on the internet infrastructure)
Christopher is out sick, so call Andrew if you would have needed him
Anderson (Josh):
only a couple bikes in the shop
Nan is going to organize the bike accessory wall
waiting on parts for locksmith/access
Purchasing (Sam):
lots of parts for big projects are coming in: when you come in to pick things up, use the computer (type in your Site Visit) instead of your phone
Anderson was able to start doing inventory last week
if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
