Monday, March 22nd Conference Call
Management (Chad):
our mission is to help customers protect their people and their property, and one of our measurables that contributes to that is creating fans, not customers
watching our customer feedback surveys come in has been a great example of that
Book Club has been reading Superfans, which has lots of exciting ideas about taking what we do to another level
(let Chad know if you want to join the book club)
our customers are the only reason we're in business. We have to do our best to support each other and to support them.
shoutout to the the service team, who started a friendly competition that is already leading to noticeable new efficiencies
"what is measured is managed" - the dashboard they created for their competition is a perfect example of that
Service (Nathan):
W.I.G. Update:
sitting at 2700 openings so far this year and continuing to grow
Fuel Gauge:
just under 150K in revenue with plenty of time left in the month (8 days), but we need to keep our foot on the gas. Every site visit gets us closer to our goal, no matter the size
$29K in progress or on the shelf
a quarter of a million ($250K) in the funnel
Remember:
something that could take you five minutes to check may save someone else an hour of work
look at the whole opening, not just the part you were asked to work on
double-check with the customers if there's anything else we can look at when onsite.
Brandon got a 10/10 customer feedback score for doing this
even if there's nothing else they want worked on right now, we can provide a quote so we're the first place they think to call when it becomes urgent
please be extra safe on the roads: we're driving around a billboard with Loc-Doc's name and number on it
Projects (Mike):
Scotty is out today
Andrew M. and Jordan are going to Pinehurst
Mike has some meetings scheduled
Roman and Dylan will be in the Ballantyne area
a couple big rekeys coming up
if you have any questions or need any help, call Mike
Access (Andrew):
Andrew will be in Pinehurst all day but has his phone with him if you need anything
you can also call Derek or the rest of the access team if Andrew isn't answering
Anderson (Josh):
working on 23 leverage sets for First Baptist Church of Anderson
a couple more site visits came in at the end of last week
a few more bikes to go
Thomas met with Anderson County for the door survey project on 40 buildings, which got approved and will be starting soon
Purchasing (Sam):
two door projects came in last week; they're working on the final prices of those projects to get them scheduled
call Purchasing if you're on a jobsite and need parts
