Monday, July 27th Conference Call
CHAD
keep our mission statement in mind: Helping you protect your people and your property
margin goal is being rebranded as a "Fuel Gauge"
remember that our ultimate goal is to help people protect their people and their property: if we don't meet those expectations we're failing in our mission
THOMAS
have we changed the way we communicate?
are we staying engaged during the Monday morning conference call and the Wednesday morning meeting?
this Wednesday the challenge will be to have 100% camera participation (we came very close last week)
once NC implements Phase 3 we'll revisit whether or not we're ready to safely start holding in-person meetings again
NATHAN
if you have a company vehicle, please make sure you're keeping track of mileage and maintenance - those requests can be submitted in TrackVia
we're at $185K currently with five days left in the month
we have just enough work in-progress or on the shelf to hit our goal for the month (not including any additional service calls that may come in)
What can we do to help achieve the goal?
try to eliminate extra trips and mistakes
communicate
take the extra time to be safe on the jobsite and on the roads - make sure to wipe down the handle or gate you're working on and wear your face mask
MIKE
Gaston Co schools
still in progress (glass should arrive today)
goal is to complete at least one school this week
also working on some small rekeys, with lots of other small projects in the works
we really need to focus on refined quality so that our customers are secure and satisfied
ANDREW
still working on the Accesso project: the customer is handing out their credentials so the system can be brought online
another access control install tomorrow and a few smaller installs this week
Reminder: it's going to be hot, so stay hydrated
