Monday, August 10th Conference Call
CHAD
Refined Quality:
-we seem to be struggling with communication and callbacks
-back in June, Sam told us about the difference between acting with urgency and rushing
-we're very busy, with lots of projects ranging across NC and SC, new customer onboarding, etc
-rushing means you didn't take the time to do something right
-avoid falling into the trap of "did it nice bc did it twice": it means you got it done to meet the deadline, but then had to go back and redo it the right way
-doing it wrong means leaving our customers unprotected
NATHAN
-15 warranty calls already for this month (which has only been five working days)
-something that could take you five minutes could save someone an hour further down the road
-50K so far this month on the fuel gauge - should be at 65
-45 in progress, over 200K in just revenue
-that should be enough to well surpass our goal this month
-we gotta avoid warranty, double-check our stuff, focus on quality, make sure we're communicating
-don't forget to stay safe on the roads, wear face masks, put a premium on safety both on and off the jobsite
MIKE
-upcoming door projects (3 or 4 in the warehouse waiting)
-Gaston County schools has to be done before they start Monday
-Jordan and Kevin traveling to Dorchester for a school door survey (about 300 doors) and a new mortise body Corbin sent to rectify a problem we had there last summer
-Josh is staying busy in Anderson
-make an effort to make sure the people working in Anderson know they're still part of the Loc Doc team
ANDREW

-gate hardware site visits
-Genadiy is out today and Christopher is working from home and available by phone
SAM
