Leadership (Chad)
Book Club was really successful last Thursday
remember: apply "humble, hungry, & smart" to your daily work life (and don't be a J.A.)
Chad has more copies of The Ideal Team Player if you want one
the next book is The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team by the same author
Chad is really passionate about building on a good foundation as we continue to grow and regularly improving
Habit Tracker
Chad is on a seven-day streak!
make sure you're using your tracker and staying connected with your partner
creating small habits will build toward discipline, which will ultimately help you achieve great things
2021 Wildly Important Goal
use the Winning Formula dashboard to watch our progress toward meeting the goal to service 18K openings this year
be intentional - what can you do every day to work toward our core goal?
Training & Development (Thomas)
remember, this year we've set a goal of completing twelve customer trainings
meeting this goal will only possible if folks who talk to customers every day tell about these courses, so help get the word out!
Scheduling (Nathan)
Fuel Gauge:
we're just under $120K with two weeks left
we're nearly at the halfway point to this month's goal
we can catch up with just one strong day
today is MLK day, so make sure to call customers to let them know when you're going to be onsite and be prepared in case they aren't there today
make sure you're taking care of the things that are in your control - simple things like calling ahead, double-checking parts, double-checking work when it's done, labeling door and verifying info will make a huge difference over time
NC Locksmiths (Mike)
the Equipment Supply job has been completed
parts for the Salvation Army job arrived, and it will be scheduled soon
some rekeys today
today is a federal holiday to commemorate MLK, so remember a lot of businesses will be closed
NC Access Control (Andrew)
the 1315 East Blvd project is still underway
it's a big project overall, but a lot of good progress was made on Friday
Andrew will be around the office today if you need anything
Anderson/SC (Josh)
Nan & Joe are caught up all the bike repairs that came in over the holidays
currently at the Anderson office they're focusing on reorganizing parts, moving unwanted inventory from the office
Michael has issued some quotes for cameras
they also have a quote out for a building rekey and replacement of four doors
there are two more quotes out for McLaughlin, a big Ellis customer - this will be our first time working with them as Loc-Doc
waiting on parts for a few other projects
drilling a safe for the high school
Purchasing (Sam)
the Salvation Army order of five wood doors, a metal door, and a couple frames, arrived - working on verification
make sure you call William to see if any parts you need can be sourced locally or are in stock at the warehouse so we can have more same-day installations
