Aaron Beaver Shares A Win
In looking for wins to recognize each Wednesday, Aaron has decided to try to find less obvious things that are helping reach our 2021 goal. We have defined steps that each team can take to help Loc-Doc service 18K new openings and are tracking them, but there are some wins out there that were already being worked on that are also really helping.
An example of this has been the changes made under Nathan when it comes to return trips (warranty trips). Less return trips will mean less time spent working on openings we already serviced recently, and will thereby free our techs up to service new openings that need our attention more quickly.
As a first step in addressing the amount of return trips requested by our customers, Nathan has put Sergei on any warranty calls we receive. Having one person complete these visits has helped hold people accountable and has also gotten consistent information on what caused the need for a warranty trip in the first place.
So shout-out to Nathan and Sergei for their hard work in addressing and analyzing the warranty calls we get!
If you have a win, let Aaron Beaver know!

Book Club Reminder
The meeting to discuss The Ideal Team Player will take place online tomorrow at 5PM, so you have just under a day to finish the book if you haven't yet! Taking part in the Book Club is a good way to take "Always Improving" seriously and put it into action.
