What problems have we helped our customers solve?
We want to get better at communicating what problems we can help people solve in our marketing endeavors. Our website gets about three hundred hits a week from a video entitled "Why is my door slamming?" This tells us that people aren't searching for "door closer adjustment" - they're searching in their own words.
Examples from today's meeting:
installed video intercoms at front doors of offices where people work alone or late
implemented key control (knowing who has copies of keys in companies with high turnover)
provided organization of key records with OMS after a master key was lost
prevented a lost janitorial master from working doors in a building
repaired damaged doors and locks
helped secure a pool that was only closed by an interior latch that could be reached from the outside
provided a way to stream meetings online for companies that had to go digital for the pandemic
provided a new system with a master that let security get across the building faster
brought buildings up to fire code
installed touchless openers to reduce spread of germs
implemented methods to prevent a door from being propped open
allowed someone to go about their work with less interruption by installing a remote unlock at their desk
replaced a system that was hosted on a server that frequently crashed with Brivo which is cloud-based
replaced old, cheap doors in order to provide more security and better insulation
increased security at a school that had previously been open for anyone to enter
repaired a door that the fire department had had to destroy during a rescue
repaired glass that was destroyed during a break-in
If you come up with anything else, please post them in the Resources section!
