Management (Chad):
Book Club met last week and had a great discussion about The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team
working through that book and applying the principles it teaches could be transformational
the discussion was really great
the book for February and March will be Atomic Habits
deals with creating small changes that will result a massive impact
email Chad if you want a physical, audio, or eBook version
meeting will be the second Thursday in March
make sure you're keeping up with your habit trackers
Chad's has already become a habit, so doesn't even need to actively use the tracker anymore
check in with your accountability buddy
welcome back Scotty Hinson!
he is a former tech who left at the beginning of 2020 to chase an opportunity and now he's back
he'll be retraining, and then joining the team
Training (Thomas):
Wednesday's meeting will feature a game: who do you know at Loc-Doc Security?
find out how well you know your team
will hopefully challenge us to get to know people we haven't gotten to know
Service (Nathan):
Wildly Important Goal update: we surpassed 1500 openings last week
whenever we interact with customers at a jobsite, don't forget to ask if they have other doors oropenings we can look at
Fuel Gauge:
currently at $90K
we're a bit below the benchmark (we should be at $130-135K)
there's $30K at the office and $175K on order
the weather will be bad this week, so be safe!
Projects (Mike):
the projects team is currently working on some rekeys
they did a couple door surveys last week
some doors came in over the last couple days; they're getting those prepped to be installed

got some keypad installations and door release installations, hopefully a large hardware installation
next large Brivo system install will be at Parkway Plaza
Anderson (Josh):
working on a lot of rekeys at the shop; around 60 padlocks for Glenn Raven and 16 cylinders for Anderson county
four doors, three frames this week, a concealed vertical rod for the library in Anderson
on the locksmith side, there's a project going on in Anderson
Purchasing (Sam):
working on getting some doors scheduled
