Happy 2021! 🎉
Don't forget: difficult and honest conversations are what help us consistently improve as an organization
Any frustrations you may be facing ultimately boil down to a failure to follow one of the Core Values
the Core Values shouldn't just be a recommendation, but should be our philosophy
when we stray from them, we struggle
just remember that it's also easy to go back to them if we hold them as a priority
2021 could be a massive year for us with all the things we have cooking: if we keep ourselves aligned with every core value we will be able to hit and exceed those goals
outrageous kindness and courageous honesty are the best place to start in any situation
hope is not an action plan: we can't say we hope things will be better; we have to plan and act to make them better
Thomas
it's a new year, so get ready for a new Wednesday morning meeting!
bring your energy and be ready for a fresh new start
be ready for a conversation about defining what our 2021 goals looks like
we've set goals in the past without defining them, but this year has to be different
Nathan
the last four weeks were handled really well and we could have an amazing year if we keep up that level of work
we already have a huge start coming through the funnel which constitutes two-thirds of our goal
we have to make sure we're taking care of the stuff in front of us, because there's more ready to pile up behind it
do the little things right so you can keep yourself, your team, and your family safe
Mike
there will be two or three door projects lined for the first part of the week
other than a dentist appointment in the morning, Mike will be available the rest of the week
Andrew
starting an alarm system install which will take most of the week
lots of projects in the month ahead
Sam
