Monday, January 25th Conference Call

Management (Chad):

  • Book Club

  • Customer Success Shoutout: last week Levi & Isaiah were given the challenge to create 110 new Site Visits and they not only met but exceeded that goal!

    • make sure we're sticking to our Core Values and taking every opportunity to create fans

  • Wednesday Team Meeting Preparation

    • this week and next week, we will be revisiting the concept of the 5S methodology

      • if you don't know what that is, take the time to research it so you are ready to answer questions about it on Wednesday morning

      • if you do know what it is, be prepared to suggest a place at Loc-Doc where it can be implemented

Service (Nathan):

  • we are currently working on dividing locksmith side of our team into "service" and "projects" in order to improve processes (stay tuned for more details)
