today is shaping up to be very dark and rainy, so take every precaution you can to stay safe of the road
Wednesday Team Meeting Preparation
this week and next week, we will be revisiting the concept of the 5S methodology
if you don't know what that is, take the time to research it so you are ready to answer questions about it on Wednesday morning
if you do know what it is, be prepared to suggest a place at Loc-Doc where it can be implemented
Service (Nathan):
we are currently working on dividing locksmith side of our team into "service" and "projects" in order to improve processes (stay tuned for more details)
Wildly Important Goal Update

it's the last week of the month
shoutout to Sales for getting approvals on the Access side, and shoutout to Customer Success for creating 121 Site Visits last week
