Monday, October 5th Conference Call
CHAD
Book Club starting Thursday:
completely voluntary
info is available on the Loc Doc Team Book Club Page and in Chad's Weekly Report
there will be virtual options for meetings
Safety Reminder:
be vigilant when you're driving (and don't ignore Nathan)
you're driving a massive billboard with a big logo on it, and people are looking for you to drive poorly
THOMAS
NC has moved into Phase 3 of its Coronavirus reopening strategy
there will be an update by Wednesday on what the next all-team meeting will look like
possibly limited in-person meetings (not the whole team) on Wednesdays
What are the problems that we solve for our customers? Think about that between now and Wednesday
NATHAN
the Fuel Gauge has been bumped up to $275K
this anticipates about a grand in earnings each day
What is something we can all to do make sure we hit that goal?
getting jobs completed
this doesn't just fall on the tech: scheduling, invoices, etc are all involved
focus on getting stuff completed and closed out, especially if it's possible to do it on the first day out
set yourself and your teammates up for success
Remember, we have a finite number of techs and hours in the week. We're currently at 18K after three days of the month with a lot on the shelf or awaiting parts.
MIKE
door projects and rekeys coming up
the new goal is within our reach if we do our best work
SAM
working on inventorying vans
techs who may have downtime at the office, come see Sam and he'll help you get started
