Book Club will meet tomorrow evening for discussion and to select a new book
Returning to In-Person Meetings
When: Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 from 7:00AM - 8:15AM
Where: the Loc-Doc Charlotte & Anderson offices
COVID-19 Safety:
masks are mandatory during the meeting
if the infection rates trend downward, new guidelines may be released before the end of April which will impact our meetings, so be ready to be flexible
the seating in the large conference room will be somewhat spaced out, and alternatives will be available to passing one microphone around
if you need to be excused from in-person attendance for any reason, reach out to Chad or your manager beforehand so that they can make sure you are set up to attend remotely
What To Expect:
breakfast will be provided before the 7AM start time in both Anderson and Charlotte
the Charlotte office will be equipped with a camera/microphone setup for speakers and a screen displaying remote and Anderson attendees
the Anderson office will have a camera/microphone and TV set up in order to "attend" the meeting even though it will be led from the Charlotte office
8AM calls will be rolled into the meeting, allowing everyone to hear updates from different departments
