Monday, December 28th Conference Call
Chad
Shoutout to Roman for taking calls Christmas Eve and Christmas day on the locksmith side (and whoever did it on the access side), which allowed the rest of the team to take an extra day of vacation
remember Defined Expectations (don't be frustrated with unmet expectations if you have not clearly defined them) and Intentional Execution on your 8AM group calls
it's up to you to participate and engage heavily
-you should be asking questions and your team leads should be giving you clarification on what winning looks like today and for this week
there are only four business days left in the year, which means that next week we will have an opportunity to "reset" for 2021
Thomas
don't forget: there's no meeting this Wednesday
the automated email will go out, but ignore it
our regular schedule recommences next week
stay safe and warm this week!
Nathan
keep an eye on the PTO schedule this week and make sure you're coordinating with your teammates accordingly
customers may be hard to get ahold of this week, so call ahead and make sure they know when you'll be on site
if they don't answer a call, try texting or emailing
go above and beyond to communicate with them and with the team
Fuel Gauge
we're currently at $153K in revenue, which is significantly under par
there's almost $100K in progress, which would be more than enough to get us back on track
do your best to get jobs completed
a lot of jobs are getting 85%-90% done and then getting stuck
there's another $150K in the funnel (the sales team has been working hard and getting lots of approvals)
remember to keep safety in mind on the roads:
the 5% of the time you aren't driving safe or giving the road your full attention will be the time an accident may happen
drive defensively
leave five minutes early
don't text and drive
keep your eyes on the road
keep safety in mind on jobsites:
wash your hands
stay hydrated
wear masks
Mike
today will start with some catchup after last week
Mike will be in the office most of the day but may get busy in the afternoon
several projects will be closed out this week
STEM Academy School tomorrow
another door install led by Leonard tomorrow
let's finish 2020 strong so we can have a strong start to 2021
there's lots of stuff in the books for January
Sam
there are currently lots of doors and project parts in the warehouse
if you leave something there, let them know: leave a sticky note if no one is there
when stuff piles up there it forces Sam to spend a lot of time cleaning up
if you have any questions please reach out to Sam; any confusion you leave behind will be inherited by the next person to work on your site visit
