we will achieve it by 1) focusing on helpful and kind communication, 2) fast response, and 3) solving problems
currently, our billable hours are above the goal and our customer feedback has been exemplary
Training (Thomas):
we're going to break into small groups within our tech/not-tech small groups

currently at $100K meaning we're about halfway toward our goal
Billed Hours:
50 a day is the goal; currently averaging over 55
Projects (Mike):
still working down in Dorchester (shoutout to Jordan Boatwright for going above and beyond) which is scheduled to wrap up Friday
Dylan and Roman will be switching to door projects this week

Sam is back in the office and grateful to everyone who reached out
shipment of new Medeco catalogues arrived, and Sam has six or seven extras. Let him know if you'd like one and he'll set it aside (and can order more if he needs to)
