Monday, April 26th Conference Call

Management (Chad):


  • Welcome to Loc-Doc, Cameron Hurd!

    • Cameron will be training with Thomas today, so if you see him around be sure to welcome him

  • Book Club is currently reading How to Lead When You're Not In Charge

    • if you're planning to join the next meeting, you should be around the halfway through the book at this point in the month

  • if you haven't checked in with your Accountability Buddy lately, do so!

  • the Loc-Doc softball team is almost halfway through its first season! Their next games will be Thursday, April 29th at 7PM & 8PM. See their full schedule at the bottom of this post (as provided by Andrew Moody in "All Team Alerts"



Training (Thomas):


  • since Thomas will be busy training Cameron, if you need him, try a project manager first

  • next Wednesday's meeting (May 5th) will be in-person (and will include a shoutout to Chris Lowery's birthday)


Service (Nathan):


  • we just passed 4K openings for the year (22% of the way to the 18K goal)

  • Fuel Gauge:

    • revenue is at $160K

    • over $45K at the office

    • $250K in the funnel



Projects (Mike):


  • currently working on some rekeys, with some projects that are wrapping up this week

  • Jordan and Scotty will be doing a garage door survey uptown

  • Dylan and Roman will be installing doors at Queens University, then Anderson Financial

  • there will be a large install in Ballantyne at the end of the week



Access (Andrew):


  • welcome again to Cameron, who will be joining the access team

  • there's an access control install at Carowinds this week

  • after Carowinds, they have service work lined up at Parkway Plaza



Anderson (Josh):


  • large rekey for Hartwell

  • only two bikes to repair

  • doorbell installation and Brivo training on the access side

  • residential site visits lined up on the project side

  • thanks to Dylan and Roman for helping out with the Anderson County install


Purchasing (Sam):


  • there are currently lots of parts in bins and lots of jobs rolling in this week

  • if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
