Congratulations to Levi and his family for the birth of his new baby!
EBS Update:
EBS's google business listing had over 400 "activities" when we got it. In the past week an a half, with some of that Loc-Doc magic, that number has gone up to four thousand! (For reference, Loc-Doc's is around 16K a month.) This means that there is a lot of demand in the Anderson area for the services EBS provides!

Billable Hours
an hour of time that can be put on the customer's invoice
note: we have 262 working days in the average year, but we can only work a certain amount of time in a day
we can't actually bill for eight hours a day, because that doesn't account for travel, lunch, commute, time at the office, etc
What does a billable hour consist of?
when we do a job, we aren't selecting an hourly rate but a flat rate (think: rekey charges, door installation, panel installation, etc)
calculated based on how many the average person can complete in an hour
helps keep customers at ease and makes quotes more uniform
We hope each person will be able to do 15-20 billable hours a week in order for the company to meet its goal. You can keep track of your own billable hours each week by checking the "Billed Hours This Week By Tech" section of your TrackVia dashboard.
As long as we keep track of our billable hours, the high numbers we want to see in the fuel gauge will follow!
