Monday, June 7th Conference Call

Management (Chad):


  • billable hours last week

  • focus on Outrageous Kindness

    • treat your family, team members, and customers better than you want to be treated

Training (Thomas):

  • Wednesday will be a breakout week

    • techs will be with Thomas in the locksmith shop

    • everyone else will be with Chad in the main meeting room


Service (Nathan):


  • check if you need an oil change and enter the request today

    • the person who does them will be at the Charlotte office Wednesday

  • Levi is out this week, so reach out to Adam or Nathan if you need something customer success related

  • Wildly Important Goal:

    • we've surpassed 5500 openings (30% of the way to our goal; 43% of the year has passed)

  • Fuel Gauge:

    • currently just under $41K for the month with 18 working days left

      • we need to average $13-14K a day to hit the goal; we're short but could catch up

      • try to average 4 billable hours per tech per day

  • don't forget: your vehicle has your employer's name and phone number on it, so drive safely


Projects (Mike):


  • Scotty will be on some small rekey projects today

  • Dylan & Roman are returning to Sunfiber for a large door project

    • getting some openings completed

    • doors should be in this week so the project can be closed out

  • preparing for the Dorchester project, which will start June 21st

  • call Mike if you need anything



Access (Andrew):


  • one door access control system install at Mallard Creek STEM Academy

  • taking care of service work

  • Christopher is out sick, so ask Andrew if you need something Christopher would do


Anderson (Josh):


  • thank you to Thomas, Chad, and Katie for covering Anderson last week

  • the Anderson team is averaging four site visits a day

  • there are about a dozen bikes at the shop waiting to be repaired

  • they have are three lock jobs at the shop



Purchasing (Sam):


  • lots of Dorchester parts are coming in and space is limited: if you're bringing parts back, be intentional about letting people know where you're putting them

  • if you need parts same-day, call Purchasing to see if they can be sourced locally or are already at the warehouse
