Monday, December 7th Conference Call
Chad
thanks to everyone who attended the Christmas party (especially all the adorable cats)
next meeting this Thursday (will be virtual)
(that means you have four days to finish the book)
come prepared for a good conversation, like last month
next month's book will be The Ideal Team Player
this book will be particularly exciting and eye-opening for our organization
copies are on order: half have already arrived and the rest will soon
Break Room Update
shoutout to Kevan, who redesigned the break room
it now has a cool new coffee bar, new counter tops, a new sink, a new microwave hutch and other helpful equipment
don't forget Unexpected Cleanliness when you're in the new and improved break room
are you proud of the way you're leaving it?
is it better than it was when you got there?
Nathan
thank you to the Lowerys and the Lingafelts: the Christmas party really outdid itself this year
Fuel Gauge:
it's already December 7th, which means that due to the holidays there are only 17 working days left in the month
one less working day usually means an extra thousand dollars needs to be billed out a day
we're currently sitting at $26K with $15K on the shelf and $233K on the way to the office
huge shoutout to sales: last month they did over $240K worth of sales
be intentional about what's in the office, what's in the funnel, and what's coming through
it's time to ramp up and put it in gear so we can continue billing out, completing SVs, and working toward our goals
remember: the only way to correct issues is to address them
instead of "should", let's say must:
we must check parts
we must call customers
we must double-check work
something that could take you five minutes could save someone else an hour
Mike
there's a door project in progress in Monroe (good job Dylan and Roman)
closing out the rekey at Johnson C Smith today, maybe tomorrow
Dylan and Roman will also be swapping some doors around today
stay safe and have a great day
Andrew
the Fayetteville project is taking longer than expected, so some folks are heading there today
there's an access projects in the works
we also have some door alarms, a couple small things, and a four-door access system
