Who is someone at Loc-Doc you've come to really trust? Cultivating Trust is one of Loc Doc's core values and is vital when it comes to teamwork.
Search Lead Time
There is a feature called "search lead time" on everyone's dashboard that will give you an average lead time on any part we've sold in the past year or so. If you ever have any questions about it or if something seems incorrect, let Sam know.
Shoutouts:
Brandon went out to a rekey last Friday and was able to sell the customer on Medeco since they needed a protected keyway
Roman was able to make sure the quote went through and was ready to go in one day on Monday
Vladimir handled an after-hours rekey that he refused to quit on and saw through to the end
When you're on a jobsite, make sure customers know they have the option to upgrade to a restricted key system in case it would best suit their needs.
Fuel Gauge
Unfortunately, the September Fuel Gauge is significantly lower than it should be: we're barely halfway there with only a week left in the month. We have some things pending, but overall we're likely just going to want to do our best to close the gap before the end of the month.
